  29. Please send EMail to icard.support@iworks.com stating the version of
  30. icard.device, your *exact* machine configuration (CPU, OS, RAM <amount
  31. and type>, etc., etc.), and if you have *ANY* idea how to make the
  32. freezes occur ("Seems to only happen when I run ProgramX."), add that
  33. information as well.
